Your Nest devices’ video data is safely saved in the cloud, so you can view it whenever you want, from any location. You may review old footage and save it for later use using Nest Aware.

Features of Nest Aware

Nest Aware offers a range of features that can enhance the security and convenience of your Nest devices. Some of the key features include:

1. History of Video

With Nest Aware, you can access up to 60 days of video history from your Nest devices. This allows you to review past footage and identify any suspicious activity that may have occurred.

• Alerts that are intelligent

Nest Aware uses advanced algorithms to provide intelligent alerts and notifications. For example, if your Nest device detects a person in a particular area, you can receive an alert on your smartphone.

Activity Zones

With Nest Aware, you can create custom activity zones that focus on specific areas within the camera’s view. This allows you to receive alerts and notifications for activity in a particular area, such as your front porch or driveway.

• Individual Alerts

Nest Aware can detect and identify people in your video footage, allowing you to receive alerts for specific individuals. This can be useful for monitoring children or elderly family members.

• Recognizable Face Alerts

Nest Aware can learn to recognize familiar faces, such as family members or close friends. This allows you to receive alerts and notifications when someone you know is detected by your Nest device.

Plans for Nest Aware Subscriptions

Nest Aware provides two types of subscriptions:

Access to all of the aforementioned capabilities is included in the basic Nest Aware package, which also offers 30 days of video history. For one camera, this package costs $60 per year or $6 per month.

• 2. Nest Aware Plus

The Nest Aware Plus package offers extra features including 10-day 24/7 video recording for up to 10 cameras in addition to 60 days of video history. For one camera, this package costs $120 year or $12 per month.
